Riverside Family Halloween Fest & Dog Costume Party

Toronto's Riverside neighbourhood throws its annual family Halloween festival at Joel Weeks Park, and dogs are part of the fun. Alongside free kids' activities like pumpkin decorating, face painting and treats, there's a dog costume contest with judging and prizes, a free photo booth, treats and vendors.
