Day of the Dog street festival comes to Victoria

Pet-A-Palooza's Day of the Dog tour makes its Victoria stop on Sunday, August 16, at a new waterfront location on Dallas Road. The free, pet-friendly street festival kicks off at 11 a.m. with costume contests, dog races, a dog pool party and dozens of leading pet exhibitors. It's a lively late-summer celebration for Vancouver Island dog lovers and their four-legged companions.
