Halloween Howl 5.0: free dog costume party in Downtown Markham

Full Circle Rescue's Halloween Howl returns to Downtown Markham for its fifth year — a free, dog-friendly costume party at the Pride of Canada Carousel. Bring your leashed pup in costume for a dog costume parade and contest, spooky photo ops, a themed vendor market and carousel rides.
