The Great Anglo-French White and Orange Hound is the rarest of the three large Anglo-French pack hounds — quite a strong, powerful dog that the standard says shows more English blood in its head than its tricolour colleague. Its coat is short and not too thick, white-lemon or white-orange, on condition that the orange is not too dark tending to red, and it stands 60 to 70 cm at the withers. The FCI standard in force since 2023 gives no Behaviour / Temperament section: its stated use is simply scenthound, with a working trial.
